How would you like to have one of your photographs on the cover of the 2017 Haltwhistle Walking Festival calendar and to win £25 worth of Millets vouchers?
Well this is your big chance.
All you have to do is to send us up to a maximum of 3 of your photographs of landscapes of the area and they will be entered into the competition. The area covers The North Pennines, The South and North Tyne Valleys, Hadrian’s Wall between Birdoswald and Chollerford and the southern area of the Northumberland National Park.
The closing date for the competition is 30th June 2016 so don’t delay, get out there and get snapping.
Entry is free.
Please note that the images need to be of a good quality in order to look fabulous on the calendar and should therefore be taken with a digital camera. Photos taken on most mobile/smart phones will not meet the required quality standards. Please ensure that your camera is set to its highest quality setting and that the image file is greater than 1Mb in size.
The competition will be judged independently by Danny Brannigan an esteemed local photographer who lives in Haltwhistle.
Please email your competition photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and don’t forget to let us know the location of the photograph.
Good luck and happy snapping!!
Terms and Conditions: The judge’s decision is final. Directors of the Haltwhistle Walking Festival are not allowed to enter the competition. We will not be able to return the digital files. Files must be of a suitable quality to print to A4 size.
