We are looking forward to receiving your entries for our 4th Haltwhistle Challenge event.
Please read all the instructions carefully. If you are unsure about anything, contact us on haltwhistlechallenge@yahoo.co.uk for clarification.
All entries are via Bradsons, our booking agents
To make an entry you need to:
1) First read the entry terms and conditions
2) Complete an entry form (one for each entrant)
Either use the online form
Or print the downloadable entry form and send this to Bradsons. If you make a multiple entry please check that the postage is adequate.
3) Pay for your entry
Either pay online
or by phone 0845 230 5177 (with your debit/credit card details to hand)
or by cheque (follow instructions on the downloadable entry form).
*Your entry is not complete until you have paid AND completed the entry form.*
You will receive an email from Bradsons to confirm your payment and entry. (If you do not receive either of these within 4 weeks of booking, please let us know.) Full instructions, including route map, will be sent to you by email (or post) in the fortnight before the event.
Please be sure that you indicate whether you are a runner or walker on your application form.
If you cancel, we are unable to refund your payment.
If for any reason, we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund.
