Starting and finishing in Haltwhistle, this was described as:
...”a walkers’ walk, taking us right up into Reivers’ territory on the moors about Edges Green and Scotchcoultard. It is mostly open, breezy walking, some lanes (very quiet), more hill pasture and rough moorland.”
On the day, the weather was fine and the low rainfall in previous weeks allowed the group to take Colin’s preferred route over a stream near Scotch Coulthard.
