  to descend sharply to cross the River North Tyne at Chollerford.  We asce
 nd again and pass some excellent sections of wall and the remains of a Roma
 n temple at Brocolitia.  Towards the end of today’s walk we see the firs
 t of the Wall’s ‘loughs’ at Broomlee before meeting our coach at Hous
